When sending email to the listserv, where appropriate, please add an
email code from the table below. Enclose the email code in SQUARE
brackets at the beginning of the subject field. If your email does
not fit any of the codes listed below then do not use any code. Do
not create your own codes. Using these codes will save time for everyone
reading their email whether they filter their email or not.
Also, just a reminder, you never need to add [Wind] to the subject field
of your email, it is added automatically.

Email filtering based on Codes
Many email programs allow you to filter your email and sort
the messages into selected folders. This can be a big time saver
for those who don't get the condensed version of WIND email. If you
are currently receiving the condensed version you must change your
preferences on the WIND web site first. For instructions on how to
set up email filtering for some of the more popular email programs
click on the appropriate link below.
